My wife has a 2000 Chrysler concorde with thirty eight thousand miles that has been in three times because you had to use both hands to shift it. They cleaned and lubed it once and replaced the shift cable twice. She has had failures of three power door lock failures. The part alone for the door locks is one hundred nine dollars. I feel it is poor quality parts with that failure rate at 38,000 miles.
