Sales=Good, Service=Good, comments do not appear to match rating
Had truck fixed there 3 times in 35000 miles. I think successive repairs were caused by the way it was fixed the previous time, now the fuel pump is out and front caliper is making noise. The truck has 38000 miles and needs approx $1000 in repairs. This truck has never been off-road or abused in any way it still looks brand new. I got Chrysler to agree to make the repairs for $100 deducible. When I first went to pick up the truck there was no mention of the brake work. When questioned they professed ignorance but it was they who said it was needed when I was going to have to pay for it cash out of my pocket. The first repair was intake gasket and new chip, 2nd repair broken return hose ($90 tow bill) probably when water pump not completely removed during manifold removal or stepping on the hose during repair. Third is noisy caliper, then fuel pump (another $90 tow bill).
