I paid over 27,000 for a brand new charger in 2005. My car almost has 36,000
miles on it now and I brought it in to have them take a look at a few things
before it goes out of warranty. I dropped it off at 8 in the morning because
that was the time I had an appointment for and i picked it up at 5 o'clock that
day. They said that they looked at my brakes but they did not have time to look
at any of the other things that I had asked. They want me to bring it back later,
after the warranty is up I guess. I tried to make an appointment today and was
transferred twice and was on hold for 7 minutes before I just gave up on them.
I expect to be treated a lot better at a place where I spent over 27,000 dollars
at.

Bob Adams and the other service guys are great! They go out of their way to
provide top quality service. As for the sales department, those folks leave
a lot to be desired. They are very unwilling to negotiate and act as though
they have a monopoly on Chrysler vehicles. Very poor selection of used trucks.

I have used the service dept several times in the last 2 years with very good
results. I recently tried to buy a used vehicle and made a very sound offer
after researching prices in the area. I was given the runaround by a salesman
who apparently thought he wouldn't make enough off the sale. I had to buy this
truck at another dealer.

I have been to this service department in the past three times. I received prompt
and reliable service each time. I replaced the battery in the car and then I
called to make an appointment for a check engine light on my Neon that came
on the following day- Russ Kinnard (Service Advisor) told me that I should drive
the car for a couple days to see if it would reset itself. If not- then call
to schedule service. Two days after the call- my light went out and the car
is running fine. I was saved the cost of a service visit and my time due to
his care for the needs of his customer. I will be sure to take my business to
this dealer in the future.
I recently
purchased a new 99 Ram QC from them and so far they have gone out of their way
to make sure I was pleased with the vehicle. I am more than satisfied
with it a big thanks to century dodge and their service dept.
