I am friends with the General Manager and the only problem I have ever had was not getting called back by the service department in a timely manner. This was quickly resolved. We have purchased several vehicles from Gladstone and have always been happy.

Mark, my salesman, was excellent. He was consciously aware of the stigma that can follow car salesman, and went out of his way to be direct, open and honest during our negotiations with the dealership.
I would recommend them, and him, highly.
Buy a Doge Ram Hemi Truck from Gladstone Dodge, you won't be sorry.

I have a 1996 Intrepid. It has had several minor problems which Gladstone quickly repaired. However on my last visit this car had a very bad problem. It would not run smoothly. I went to Gladstone and was welcomed by Ed Becker the service manager. He remembered me from past visits. He provided me with a loaner car and sent me on my way. The problem was listed as a erg valve and some sensor. Quickly taken care of and back on the road the next day. What great service! I will always go the Gladstone Dodge for everything to do with my cars.

I have purchased 3 new vehicles from Gladstone Dodge in the last 30 months. The first was a 2001 Dodge Ram, we came back and purchased a new 2002 Ram Quad Cab 2wd and just purchased a new 2003 Ram Quad Cab 2wd with a Hemi. This is the best Dodge dealership around and by far the best truck on the market. I would highly recommend Gladstone Dodge and the Dodge Ram! Great Trucks and Great Dealer.

I purchased a pre-owned 2001 Chrysler Sebring Coupe. I love the car and have had nothing but good luck with it. The only time I had any dealings with the service department was to get a state inspection. So I could not say anything but it was good.

The reason I bought a vehicle from Gladstone Dodge was the service I received from the service department. This dealership went out of their way to make sure my old Stratus was in good working order after breaking down in December. I the went back in to buy my new Ram truck from the sales department. This truck in the best vehicle I have ever driven. This new Hemi is wonderful, powerful and gets great mileage.

I have Jeep and Gladstone has performed all of the service on this vehicle since they are close. Always great service. We are planning to buy a new Minivan with in the next couple of weeks and will report how this went as well. We can only hope that it goes a great as our service experience.
