I own a Sebring Convertible. Has had numerous water leaks. Wolfe dealership has attempted fix but still have multiple leaks. Randy (service manager) stated that all convertibles leak "its just one of those things" I will have to live with. BS man seemed to not care about my problem and wasn't very knowledge on my vehicle. AVOID THIS DEALER

The managing partner Scott Duroe and Chris MaGraw salesman were great The prices were the best in KansasCity area. No real haggling just a great buying experence. Ordered a new 3500 Ram got a very good price for trade.

I did not buy my vehicle there but when the dealership I did buy it from could not resolve my problem and basically quit trying to resolve it I went to Jay Wolfe and they honored my warranty, fixed my truck, washed it and cleaned the interior out, apologized for the other dealership not taking care of me, etc... The other dealership I would not recommend, and they are Steve Oliver Dodge.

We bought a new Ram at close to invoice when other KC Metro dealers were doing the shuffle. They list the real invoice on the web, call or see Carl Gardner.

Sales=Avoid, Service=Poor,
Said SUV was a demo vehicle when selling it, but found out it actually was previously owned.
