went in to dealer on may 19 looked and test drove a 2003 Dodge ram truck, loved it. so i told them i wanted it. they gave me lots of trade in on my 90 Mazda MPV i was thinking it to be worth 1200 they gave me 1800 for it. was very very happy about that. got me the best financing. and when i went back on may 20 to sign paper work they found a few more rebates. i got a 2003 Dodge Ram ST SXT that listed for 20.245 got it for 15,811 what a deal i love the truck. so far no problem. this has been my third new vehicle i bought from King Dodge and i will very much do business with them again and again. they # 1 in my book for sales and service.

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Avoid, scv_there=Yes,
The absolutely last time I brought my truck to King Dodge was for rear brakes. I was told the rear seals were leaking and could be repaired for a 50.00 copay on the extended warranty. I asked if the seals leaking ruined the brakes. The service manager said no. I said to proceed. I got a call from the service dealer an hour later asking if I wanted a "special additive" added to the rear end. I said no. The service manager stated that the truck would be done at 3:00 p.m. I received another call stating that there was a recall on an idle sensor and did I want that replaced. I reminded the gentleman that a month previous they had charged me 50.00 (copay) dollars to replace the same part. He said he would refund the money. I authorized 200.00 for repair of the rear brakes. When I arrived at 3:00, the truck was still in the shop. At 6:15, I saw the mechanic driving the truck out of the bay and went out to talk to him. He stated the rear end in my truck did not use the additive and the rear seals leaking ruined the brakes. I went in and was presented a 600.00 dollar repair bill. The additive was listed as being installed. I was charged a total of 100.00 dollars for two copays on the warranty. After much discussion, I left with paying 50.00 dollars (copay). If I hadn't had all my previous receipts, and a phone call from my attorney,they were going to try to keep my truck. I received a call from someone at the dealer two days later and they said I would be hearing from someone in Detroit. I still haven't.
Don't deal with the service dept unless you have money you didn't know you had and want parts and services not needed for your vehicle.

Purchased an '01 Durango R/T from them. First class experience, helped with financing.
Service is willing to listen and they worked a discount (ever hear of service doing that?) to install upgraded tow package at reasonable cost. Shuttle service to office is a godsend. Reliable and timely.

Bought a 99 1500 QC 4x4 from Rich Berhorst @ King Dodge.  A pleasant "no nonsense" vehicle purchase, definitely would recommend them to others.  Don't know about service dept. yet.. Will post update if/when1999 I need to take my truck in.
