Awesome experience. My salesman was Tom, also known as Tomeygun over at TDR.
He made the deal totally painless and was very helpful. The finance guy did
us right too, his name is Bill. I can highly recommend this dealership, they
are really fair and will take care of you.

Purchased a 1993 Dodge Shadow there in 93 with no problems at all. We got exactly
what we wanted on trade-in and payments exactly where we wanted. I tried to
purchase a new ram in 2000 and got some jerk who was a "truck expert"
that said my 1990 Ranger 4x4 trade-in had obviously had major front end damage
because of the replaced bumper bolts!
Can you say "brush guard!!!!!!!! " I wouldn't buy because of the junk
price they offered me on my truck. I had removed the brush guard to sell to
a friend and this idiot associated the replaced bolts as crash repairs! Bought
this truck else where.

Customer service is poor because they refuse to admit that they do not know
how to fix my truck, I have spent or will spent over $800.00, and still no truck.
On top of the inconvenience of not having my truck, I was offered neither loaner
or rental. Everyday I am told that I will be called and still no truck or explanation.
Because of this I will not return nor recommend this dealership to anyone. Plus,
I will more that likely never buy another Dodge product.

I bought through internet sales in 2000- excellent job, as they stuck to the
deal and got fair on my trade. The salesman saw me since and was willing to
help me trade out (I didn't) even though I was going to buy a different make,
which was not available through their network. Also, the new unit i bought was
a dealer trade, and had some scratches on the roof which escaped the initial
inspection- the fixed it no charge to me. Service is also a pretty good animal.
I set up an appt a week in advance, but when i showed up, they didn't have me
on the book. They still worked me in. Unfortunately, they didn't know about
the recall i had found on the net for the ABS, so i didn't get fixed...
