Very Good service. Bought my 2004 Jeep Grand CHerokee from another local dealer,
they had lousy service. Took the vehicle to Marty Cecila, and they have excellent
service. Had a recall installed, they treated my very well, explained the update
and did the PM on the car. Took it back for the 30mos service and to my surprise,
they comped me a rental car. Very pleased with the service, the people and their
attitude towards customers.

I had a horrible experience with the service department. This my second problem.
The first one about a year ago, my car stop and I had it towed there for service.
I was told that I could get a rental car, but that was not true. I was left
stranded on the street and had to call a friend to pick me up. I recently went
for their winter special and a inspection. I was told my car had several problems
with light, light cover, and brake pads only. I refused to use their service.
I took my vehicle to BF Goodrich. I was told that only one light needed replacing,
and I need brake pads and rotors. Service also told me they did the 27 point
check on my car. That was a completely false, because BF Goodrich checked my
car and discovered that my car was running on 2 cylinders and needed repairing
now are I would have major problems within day costing hundreds of dollars.
I hate that dealership and I will never in my life return there. I have already
call my friends who just purchase a vehicle there and informed her not to every
her car there for repairs. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone
. If someone asked about your dealership I would inform them that your service
department is horrible..... do not go there for anything. I also know that Marty's
purchased Landmark dealership . I will let friends and family know never purchase
a Dodge from Marty Cecila.
