We go the run around about everything. We bought a Durango on May 25. Here it
is June 3 and we are still trying to get thing finished. They did not pay the
sales tax and keep "forgetting" to send us a check so that we can
now we have a temp tag in the back of a tented window where no on can see because
we can not get plates until we pay the sales tax. Every time we call there is
no one there who can print a check.

My husband and I bought our first new truck the last week in december for Morlan
Dodge. We got wonderful service. We also bought a tunnel cover there and when
installed we found something wrong with it and they ordered us another no questions
asked. We also found 2 scratches and they looked at it and said it must have
been like that when we bought it so they fixed that for free also. I am positive
when it is time to buy a new truck again for me WE WILL buy from Morlan.
Try a Hemi it is Great!!

Took a 92 dodge Caravan in to be looked at for possible electrical problem.
The service man went out and looked at the mileage come back and avoid me, went
to another service person and came back and told me they did not work on a vehicle
that had over 100,000 miles on it. I guess it did not bother them to sell it
to me with 68000, to put a used motor in it when it had 92000 miles on it. Maybe
they did not think I would spend enough money their or something. He said it
was company policy. Sounds like they only care about selling a new one instead
of fixing something they had already sold.

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Avoid,
Took truck in for repairs and they claim that truck needed much more work than
I originally took it in for. Every bit of that work, with exception of the transmission
had to be redone at other dealerships before any of it was taken care of. I
wish I had never bought a truck with a warranty. All the time I spent trying
to get things fixed at other dealerships and ultimately fixing some of it myself,
I just as well bought and old fixer-upper and just patched on it myself. Dealer
hates the Cummins Dealership and vise versa didn't pay for warranty work and
Cummins turns me over to a Collection agency a year later for payment that should
have been covered under warranty. Finally a supervisor from DC told me that
they would pay for the repairs. I told Cummins to get off my case or I would
Sue them and DC. I guess DC finally paid the warranty like they kept telling
me since I've not heard any more From Gateway Cummins. I think If I had never
taken my truck to this dealership and replaced the wheel bearing myself , rebuilt
the transmission myself, and took the fuel pump off and took it to Northeast
Diesel myself for repair, all of the other problems I had with this truck and
the other trips to other dealers to had this work redone would have never occurred.
I have spent $2500 of my own on top of warranty work trying to get this truck
back like it used to be.
