I had never been to Ozark Dodge previously, until I broke down at their doorstep.
I bought my truck at Central Dodge in nearby Springfield. Despite no experience
with Ozark previously, I received prompt and courteous service, and repairs
were completed under warranty service. Ozark Dodge will be at the top of my
list in the near future when I buy a new vehicle.
I tow a travel trailer, and a boat. I will be purchasing a diesel in the near
future and it will be another Dodge.

Bought a Grand Caravan from John Cervantes. Treated us with the most respect.
He knew his product well and with in two hours had our deal written up, with
much better numbers than I anticipated as we still owed on our trade. Hats off
to you John and Royal Gate Dodge. I Know where to buy and who to ask for.

The service manager was very rude to me. I started to leave when I talked to
the diesel mechanic and he seemed very smart. The problem I've had for 2000
miles was fixed in a matter of a few hours. I stopped at three different dealerships
between here and California (avoid the dealer in Los Banos) and none of them
could fix the problem.

Our salesman Bob Hoffman was informative, honest, didn't pounce on us. He Listened
to what we wanted, and accommodated us. We even got a free hat and a "mo" stuffed
animal. It was the best car buying experience we have ever had. Thanks
