I have purchased three vehicles from this dealership and have sent others there for service and buying cars and trucks. All of the staff is friendly, honest and helpful. The owner is usually there and talks to customers. Because of the service and effort of everyone there I won't buy or get my vehicles serviced anywhere else. They have some of the best mechanics around!
This has been a terrific truck. It is one of three I now have and I still like it the best. I also own a 2002 half ton Ram Quad Cab (60K) and a 2005 Dakota extended cab(20K). I have had fewer issues with the newer ones.

When I started having trouble with the speedometer not working and ABS and brake lights staying on I was told by a garage that the problem was in the computer. The garage said that I would have to take my 1999 Dodge Dakota to a Dealer to fix the problem. I was more than a little worried that I was going to see a big bill to fix it. I was very wrong. I made an appointment with the Weinberg Dodge Service Department. They got my Truck in at the appointed time and fixed the problem in 1 hour (without replacing the computer) and the bill was very reasonable.
In and out in 1 hour. This is a great Truck.  Thank You Weinberg Dodge

I bought my new 2500 in September. I was very pleased with Charles' knowledge of my truck and his willingness to answer and questions that I might have had. I have had some warranty issues and, since Charles is now in the service department, he is still more happy to take care of any problem that I might have. I would recommend them to anybody. But, I'm sure they are like any dealership, it you buy from them, they are more likely to take care of you better. My .02.

Our experience at this date and time was just the icing on the cake! We do not like the way your service department handles their duties. We bought our car with 22 Wheels on them, actually it helped sell the car (it's like jewelry) We paid an extra ALMOST $4,000.00 for the tire and wheel deal! The issues surrounding them are unbelievable! We've been dealing with this issued ever since we had them placed back on the car by the dealership that sold them on the vehicle. We had them taken off due to the winter season (the other wheels put back on that we had from the dealership) and then put back on when the weather permitted us to do so. If I knew we would have these issues they would have stayed on! They tell us to bring our car in at 9 a.m., and it's something that would take about 30 minutes, when we return after a hour, they tell us the car is ready, however, we decided to let the technician take it for a ride with one us in the vehicle to make sure the problem was fixed and needless to say it wasn't! They decide to keep the car and they will take care of the matter, we have to pick up our car late afternoon, and take it ourselves to rectify the problem! Which is totally unfair! The part that was missing on the vehicle wheels was knocked off by them. We are ready to have the dealership buy them back because of the unbelievable issues surrounding them (service department) with the dealership service department! This is one of many issues we've experienced with them!!!!

sales department very rude. they don't know what a dodge ram is. i asked if they had any 94-01 dodge ram for sale and he said no.

My past experience here was above and beyond. Today I was very disappointed. I needed a hitch for my truck after being rear ended by another motorist to continue my trip. there only offer was to order me one. I spent 6 hours and 157 miles today going to many dodge dealers in the KC area and had this same experience. One dealer, Bud Brown in Overland Kansas's Scott Schaefer to the time ( he said it only takes a moment) to find out where a hitch was available in the area for me. Within 20 minutes I was at the dealership that had the part in stock and was on my way.
Weingard was the first I went to because of a good past experience. They could have made this same effort. Out of about 6 places I went , Brown was the only one that did. after a very exhausting day Mr. Schaefer made it simple. It would have been a different matter if I hadn't been 350 miles from home and due in another state 500 miles away shortly.

I needed some service work done and the local dealers wanted several hundred dollars to do it. Come to find out all was needed was to reprogram the computer. Stopped in at Weinburg and they did it free of charge and refused to accept any type of payment. I finally got the guy to take 10 bucks to buy lunch on. Didn't try to screw me like the dealers on the other end of the state.

Charley McCoy is one of the most knowledgeable diesel mechanics I have met. They have done several warranty repairs, each of which I am well pleased
