Some of the sales tactics were a little bit suspect, but generally speaking
I felt that they were honest and fair.
Tranny had a leak that should have been found when found when the truck went
through its pre-delivery inspection. I discovered the leak the first time I
looked under the truck. When I informed West Brothers service department, the
leak was verified and promptly fixed.

Westbrothers Dodge in Sullivan, MO has terrible service on a diesel motor due
to lack of knowledge. No one knew how to fix my truck, because they could never
figure out the real source of the oil problem. I had to sell the vehicle because
of their lack of service, and plus warranty was to expire soon. I could no longer
afford to keep vehicle due to every time it would brake down I would have to
have it towed in from ST. Louis, where I work. That was 5 times to be exact.
It was getting to be too costly, so I didn't dare want to own the vehicle any
longer after the warranty expired because I would have to pay more than the
deductible anytime I would have had to take it in thereafter. I believe they
were just doing a poor job to make it last until the warranty did expired, to
make more money off me. Now, I am checking other dealerships including non-Dodge
also.
I hope more people respond from Sullivan, MO because that dealership needs help.
I know that if I do buy another Dodge it will not be from them. Plus, they will
NOT be the ones to service it. They do more harm than good.

Will definitely buy another vehicle from them. This dealer is like it used to
be, a friendly full service hometown dealership. Service and parts departments
bend over backwards to take care of you.
