Sales=Fair, Service=Poor,
Made appointments each time, dealer never even close to being on time. Waiting area full of unhappy people. Service people not helpful. I wanted to ask a specific question was told "only if you can make it really quick". Service desk people kept me waiting to complete paper work while they talk to what seemed to be a friend who just stopped by. Only go there for recalls.

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Avoid,
My wife took her 1993 Dodge Shadow ES in for a broken Fan switch. This is a mint condition car that just turned 50k and had no other problems. They kept her 4 hours and installed a switch for a non-AC car. They then told her she would have to come back to have the correct fan switch installed and again be charged labor! I called and told them I would not pay the labor again because of their mistake. Their remedy was to pull the incorrect switch,and give me a refund without fixing the problem! The service tech was visibly pissed at our leaving. We then took the car to Century who did install the correct switch,and also found that the AC system had been totally purged of FREON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS WAS NOT AN ACCIDENT!

Sales=Avoid, Service=Don't Know,
While shopping for a new 2002 Cummins Turbo Diesel, I checked numerous Dealers in Missouri. I drove over 100 miles to St. Peters. I also wanted to get a price for my trade-in, but the salesman would not give me one. He just said that they would match what offer I got at the other dealers I checked at. Since its a favorite salesman trick not to give a price and than say, we can't match it later. I walked out and went elsewhere to buy one.

Just got my truck back from the dealer for the Ignition Switch Wiring Recall and I thought I would share a good experience with a dealer in St. Peters, Mo. Made the appointment for 8:30 am so I could cut out of work for a few hours, I showed up at 8:20 am and they took me right into the bay with no waiting. While I was there I asked if they could look up and see if there were any other recalls that need to be taken care of since I purchased the truck used. "Just a sec" he says, "2 others, do you want to take care of them today?" "Huh?" I think to myself. I say "How long?" thinking that I might be pushing my luck with the boss at work. He says "2 hours tops", "OK" I said. One hour 45 minutes later I am all done and out the door, no muss no fuss. Now I know no dealership is perfect and many are far from it, but Zeiser Motor in St. Peters, Mo. has been pretty good to me.

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Avoid,
I was having problems with my transmission not wanting to respond. I took my van to Zeiser on a Friday to be fixed, and waited for an hour for them to "check it out". Then they arranged for a rental and sent me on my way. I picked my van up on Tuesday. Not once did they call me and tell me what they found, what was covered under the service contract, or what needed to be done. When I went to pay my deductible, I discovered a whopping $106 charge for an EGR valve that I had not been given the chance to approve. I argued with them, a losing battle, and took my van home. This was at 6pm and the service a department closed as I left. Before I even got onto the highway I knew something was wrong. The transmission whined and growled all the way home, and struggled to attain speed. Before I was able to get home, the transmission overheated, the engine overheated and I had to be towed home. This service area is quite unfriendly. I would call them and be rudely told that they were still working on my van and that THEY would CALL ME. Not once did they call me, and each time I called them I would be met with rudeness, as if I was bothering them to be calling. I will not EVER return to this dealership.

Dealership Rating:
