After 4 calls over a three day period I talked to two different salesmen Ron Lee was one and the other was Johnny Hubbs, about a pick-up that was posted on their website they advertised 3 used dodge pick-ups all were suppose to have diesel engines they made me a deal over the phone that was almost to good to be true, every time I spoke to the salesmen I ask were they absolutely sure this truck had a diesel and every time they assured me that all their used trucks (3) had diesel engines. The day we went to North Jackson Dodge (2hr.) drive two of the trucks on the website were taken off. I called them again and Ron Lee told me they still had the truck, When we got there they only had 1 dodge with a diesel engine and it was around $7-8k higher than the one we were talking about. It turns out that after a 2hr. drive and 20.00 worth of gas we got to eat lunch in Jackson. I believe their whole purpose was to lie to get me over there expecting me to buy the other truck. But I was thoroughly perturbed and all they got was a good ear full. Mysteriously the salesman Ron Lee that was scheduled to meet me wasn't even there. No one, even sales management apologized even before the ear full. I am seriously considering a Ford truck now. I believe the bait and switch tactic that is aforementioned is exactly what happened to me, I wouldn't even consider buying anything from N. Jackson Dodge ever again.

They utilize typical "CAR SALESMEN" tactics. We had a deal struck on 2 different days only to be changed once i had driven the 80 + miles to the dealership to pick up my new truck. I will never shop this dodge dealership again and will continue to spread the news of their practices far and near. Yes i will always have a dodge truck but there are plenty of adult dealerships to shop from. Mopar or no car.

Wanted to buy in May. Walked around the entire lot (s) several times during 40 + minutes and although some sales personnel stared at me, no one came over. I went to other dealer and bought that day.
Parts dept. is good.

The GM was very friendly and seemed very honest to make my purchase a wonderful experience. The sales staff ere always within reach and had answers to all questions with options without pressure. I would buy from them again!

Tried to purchase truck here and they were way overpriced. No follow up on potential sales. Service/parts and body shop rates excellent. If they don't have what you need in stock it will be ordered, no questions asked. They have never failed to keep an appointment or delivery.

I didn't buy my Viper from them, they treat me as if i did. Viper parts are shipped in under 2 days and when i take in my Viper they work on it right then.
