I am in the market for another vehicle and came across your site. I was curious so I looked up the dodge dealer that I purchased my vehicles from (two new and one used). I was shocked to see the listing that you had posted because it was exactly the opposite of my experience with this dealer. The person sounded uneducated in the first place and even the best service department can't fix stupid. The people at Kari are "the best"...I know because I use their service department regularly and my salesman "still" keeps in touch with me. I had a problem once and the owner handled it for me immediately. I would highly recommend this dealership!!! I think the person that wrote the poor rating is probably the crook because Kari is a 1% over invoice dealer...you can't beat their deals by hundreds (much less thousands). The person that gave that negative report just sounds dishonest or probably works for a competing dealer. Either way, Kari is great for me.

Horrible experience! I have a nearly restored 1975 Dodge Ramcharger that I took in for a dash bulb to be replaced and a heater switch that needed adjusting. 7 months later - I kid you not; they called me last Friday to come and pick it up as it was ready. The reason for the delays were that mechanic after mechanic walked out on them and that they additional repairs. I authorized as I wanted the vehicle to be 100% completely restored. When I got in the vehicle and started it up, I let it run as I tested everything in the vehicle to ensure that it was working. The bulb in the dash still did not work nor did the water temp gauge! I decided to take the $1800.00 bill and lick my wounds else where. On the way home the Ramcharger spurted and died at the base of a hill. I opened the hood and noticed that my ceramic headers were missing as well as my custom intake manifold.
Though I have photo's showing the engine compartment prior to them obtaining for over half a year they refused to replace the stolen items. Further, I was double billed and had to go all the way to the service manager before they would reverse the double billing charges. For your sanity and pocket book - recommend that you avoid at all costs...
Beware... Beware... Beware... Look at the other dealership ratings... I'm not the only one...

We bought a 2003 Dodge Ram from Kari Dodge. We had a major problem with the truck and had to bring it in for the same service 8 times. The service department is not thorough. Work is not done carefully and quality is bad. We decided to trade in the truck after 13,000mi. The sales manager was friendly at first until I told him that I could get the truck for less at another dealer. His face turned red when he found out I knew what I was talking about. His manners changed too. We bought the new truck from another dealer and when he found out, he asked how much we got it for. We told him we got it for $4,000 less than what he quoted us. He became short and just said "That's impossible!"
To sum this up, I would say stay away from these lying crooks! I caught them in so many lies It would take all the room left here and then some.
