The salesman I worked with - JD - was exceptional, but left the dealership a few months later. Was able to get the truck for almost $10,000 less than other dealers in a 1 hour radius. Purchased the Lithia lifetime oil change package (didn't realize Dodge offered a similar package) so I ended up at the service dept regularly. Found service to be a very mixed bag. Would have service items not completed or poorly completed. Often would have oily handprints on various parts of the truck - including the steering wheel. I was offered the opportunity to speak with the service manager because "they are trying to bring their dealership to the next level" so I did. I politely mentioned the areas of concern and noted that with a small attention to detail most of the issues would go away. He directly said "Oh, your picky aren't you?" This pretty much summed up the attitude of the entire dealership - I now use Lithia in Helena and had a much better experience.
