Purchased a new 2004 Dodge Ram 2500 and before it had 20.000 on it it had to
have major work done on it and from that point on it was one thing after another.
We tried to get out of it and get another truck and they would not work with
us at all. The truck is unreliable. It was for trailering horses and we have
had almost no use with it because it breaks down all the time and we have to
pay to have our horses trailers so what is the use. It has had 2 water pumps
in 1 year all the pulleys replaced front right and left axles both broke. Emissions
many trips there is not enough room on here to list all of the problems. It
jumps out of gear key gets stuck cant get it back out of ignition. 4 coolant
containers 3 times with air cond. They should have taken care of this from the
start. This truck is a gas hemi and when its cold out it sounds like a diesel.
Its not Dodge it this truck is a lemon and they know it and refuse to even talk
to us any more we did get them to put an extended war. on it but that still
doesn't make up for all the loss use I have had with it. It doesn't make up
for breaking down with horses in the trailer. Trey Abernethy spoke with me an
assured me he would take care of it and couldn't even get back to me or come
to the meeting or return my calls He had to have Tim Wilson (who is the rudest
person I have ever dealt with in my life) or speak with me when I was in the
Dealership. Thank you to one horse owner to another. The way you treated us
showed it all. Shame on you Oh by the way it has to be repaired again same stuff
this makes it 5 times thank you We took good care of this truck so it has nothing
to do with miss use it just a lemon.
Do not buy from them at all they are not honest and will not stand behind what
they sell at all its just a sale and who cares

I have bought 4 vehicles from this dealership and the sales staff are friendly
and knowledgeable of the product they are selling. My last vehicle was a 2004
Dodge Ram Quad Cab 4x4 and it was sold to be at invoice and then all of the
cash rebates were added to it. That's over 7750 off the sticker price, and they
gave me book on my trade. I have felt like I was treated fairly every time I
have bought from this dealer and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy
a Jeep Dodge or Chry product. I had my prior vehicles serviced there and warranty
work provided also, and their service dept. fix the problem right the first
time it was in there for a problem. I have dealt with the parts dept aa few
times. Only once did they have to order the part I needed. The rest of them
the parts were in stock. Very good Dealership IMO

Dealership went all out to help me. Spent two weeks locating me a truck with
the options I wanted. The went to the coast and got my vehicle. They made sure
I was happy. Gave me above KBB on my trade and I was got the truck at the employee
price with my Freightliner discount. They did not appear to be concerned with
making a profit they were more concerned with me being happy. Great dealer!

Bought a Dodge Caravan Sport loaded from these guys (26,000) and have had several
issues out of it. Bottom line my wife wants out of the van and back into a SUV.
We called them up to make a trade and I explained the situation to them and
of course they would make it right, well needless to say I went up there and
they wanted to give me 17000 on a trade even though the van is 8 months old
I bought it from them and on top of that they wanted to charge us sticker price
21000 for a used 2002 BASE blazer with a lower retail value than the van we
have. After 2 hours wasted Bottom line is they wanted to raise our payment about
$60 per month to trade down. We got better offers from dealers which we have
had no previous contact with which just goes to show that their commitment to
customer service leaves a LOT to be desired. I would not send an enemy to these
guys let alone a friend or family member. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST.
