For 1st month and half I had this truck it stayed in the ship as much as it did on the road. Had grinding noise. The dealership diagnosed it as the tires, then the overdrive bearing, then the drive shaft. None of this fixed the problem. On 1st attempt to replace drive shaft, they had ordered wrong part and my truck sat at the dealer all day while I sat at home with no transportation. Not until I picked the truck up did I find out they did no work on it. Finally had to take the piece of junk to my personal mechanic to get it properly diagnosed. Not to mention the speed sensor went out on it 3 times, and the paint started chipping. Oh yeah, the transmission and oil pan started leaking. And to top it all off, the steering wheel literally started melting. The customer service and service department at this dealer is the absolute worst.

Have taken my Breeze in for service,and bought a new Caravan from them. Their service Dept is what sold me - Excellent all the way round! Service writer Bob knew I bought my Breeze at their competition-but still repaired it right the first time-with a smile! Definitely a winner!

Bought or leased 5 vehicles from here. Will look for next one there, too. Sales people let us look without pressure. I put some time in to work the deals down to the bone and came out happy each time. Recently changed executive management and organization- don't know what impact this might have. 4 RAM recalls handled quickly w/o fuss. Service managers think they're special and have little Dodge tech knowledge, but service staff seems competent.

Salesman, Charlie Howe, worked closely with me to find the a close match to the truck I was looking for, eventually locating and trading for one at another dealer.  A very professional salesperson, kept in contact without being pushy and gave me honest answers to all my  questions.
