I purchased a 2000 lincoln LS on 02-07-06. Before I could get home with the
car I heard a noise coming from the rear left wheel and the check engine light
came on. I call from my cell the let them know and they told me to drive it
and maybe the light and the noise would stop. I did not and I brought the car
back the next day 06-08-06. They keep the car until the 16th on the 17th the
check engine light came on and the car ran hot putting me and my daughter stranded
on 301 in Rocky Mount. I had the car towed to the local for dealer for repair
at a cost of 115.00. They found broken part under the hood that attaches to
the mass air flow system. I told Ron Burtin of this and he tried to shift blame.
On 02-04-06 the car ran hot again and I had it towed to the local ford dealership.
I did not have the car worked on; I parked it called Ron and told him that I
would bring to car back on Monday 27 and I wanted my money back and this defective
car out on my name.
I also found in the glove box a vehicle inspection statement for Cumberland
County where on 12-07-05 that car did not pass inspection because it hade 11
readiness code. At the time of inspection the had 52,097 and when I purchased
the car I had 52,397? How did the car pass your inspection and not Cumberland
County.

Sales=Avoid, Service=Don't Know, bought there=Yes,
We went here to buy a Dodge Durango. The salesman Anthony was very nice and
polite gentleman. However our problems came with the management. We did not
care for the way we were treated by the management. The only thing that I can
saw is it reminded me of the stereotypical car salesman... a weasel. Over the
years we have bought many new cars and have never had the bad experience or
regret that we have now experienced. When we discussed it with them a couple
of days later they could not have cared less. The company made their money so
they were happy. I would not recommend any one to go there unless you are wonderful
at weaseling a weasel. Again, just for reference it was not the salesman it
was the MANAGEMENT! We are pleased with our new truck but very unhappy with
the overall experience!
