i purchased a 2006 mustang gt from d&e dodge. very clean car. i now have put 3000 miles on the car. time for service. stop at another location. they inform me my front 2 tires the cords are showing. i was like no way d&e had to inspect the car. there is no way the tires wore that severe in 3000 miles. jonathan j. bryant the inspector at d&e had to illegally pass the car. it has expensive tires on it. i am sure the used car mgr sam ackerman didn't want to put new ones on it. might come out of his profit. i drove there to show sam the tires and he basically said oh well so to speak.
that's clearly bad service and non caring. as a customer you put trust in dealerships and clearly this one cant be trusted. i could have been killed with a blown tire. word of advise shop and another dodge dealer.

I was shocked to see the comments on the web page in reference to a bad experience at D&E Dodge. I personally have had nothing but excellent service from the Sales and Finance Manager to the salesman handling the process. I have been pleased with the service and have referred many friends and family to D&E. I would definitely do business with them again in the future!

I was on dealer's lot looking at Dakota pickups twice (about a week apart) for over 45 minutes without any contact with the sales department. A service technician spoke to me, and someone cleaning the vehicles spoke to me, but the sales guys were apparently too interested in watching

I have always had a pleasant experience working with D&E Service Department. I have been a loyal customer for the past 5 years and have always been treated with professionalism and courteousness. The service advisors truly show concern and "bend over backwards" to ensure that everything is fixed correctly and promptly. My applause to a great bunch of people.

I bought a '93 Dodge Dakota from D&E. The sales part went pretty good, but the salesman knew my grandfather so I think that might have helped. Almost immediately I started having problems with the truck's alignment, it was rounding of the outside corners of the front tires. I took it back and they said the alignment was out and aligned it. But it didn't help the bad tire wear. I called the service manager and talked with him about it and he said they would replace all 4 tires. Upon arriving at D&E, he told me that it was my fault because I didn't rotate the tires enough. I asked him how often I should do it and he told me "At least every 1500 miles", and then he said that he only said they would replace two tires, basically calling me a liar. They replaced two tires and aligned it... then I went right down the street to another alignment shop which I knew the owner. We checked it and it was out. And thanks to D&E Dodge I will never buy another dodge again.

I didn't buy the truck there but when it needed some work they went above and beyond the call of duty.  Honest, hard working, and friendly.  Can't ever remember dealing with any service department, anywhere, for anything, that was as fantastic as D&E. The parts department is up there in my book too.
