I took my daughter's 1990 Dodge Omni in for some work. The Assistant Service Manager I dealt with spent two days to get back to me -- said he had copied down my cell phone number wrong. He quoted me a price to get the work done, which far exceeded what it actually cost when I go the work done elsewhere. The Asst Service Manager proceed to tell me it really wasn't his business what I did with the car, but that it would cost more to repair than to simply trade it in on a late model used car. It became clear to me that they really didn't want to work on this old car and seemed more interested in selling me another one. Clearly a "bait and switch tactic" that I'm sure less informed consumers have fallen for. I'll never take a vehicle to this dealer for any type of service again.

I drove 2 hours to deal with Bob Petti, who I bought my last truck from. We worked out a fair deal in about 15 minutes. The other dealerships seemed to resent me coming in with all the pricing info, but this place will even print it out for you on their computers! I spent 3 hours in another dealership (Hendrick's Dodge in Cary, NC) and they never got anywhere close to the deal I got at Dickinson in 15 minutes! I would recommend this dealership and salesperson HIGHLY.
