I have a 99 2500 Diesel with 44000 miles and have spent over 5700.00 on things
that should have been under warranty. They did not want to try to help me just
want to help themselves to my billfold. They are not very friendly or polite.
I Love my Ram Cummins, What a pair! To bad you have people like this to bring
a great pair down. So i guess that is the reason that they sell more Ford Powerstrokes
in my area.

On November 1, 2003, our 2003 Dodge Hemi broke down. It appears the fan clutch
broke. We called Chrysler's towing line and within 45 minutes a tow truck arrived.
The truck was taken to Egolf Motors. About 2 to 3 hours later that Saturday,
the service manager with Egolf Motors called and advised they were paying to
have the truck towed to Asheville Dodge because she had contacted Mr. Egolf
at home and Mr. Egolf told her he would no longer service the truck because
of a bad service survey we had completed on a brake job. By the way, the rotors
on the truck had to be turned at about 10,000 miles. I did not realize Chrysler
used their surveys to "black ball" customers. We called Chrysler Monday,
November 3rd and have yet to hear from them. By the way, my husband & I
have purchased about five vehicles from Mr. Egolf's dealership. Asheville Dodge
is still working on the truck and hope to have it finished by maybe Thursday.
If we had wanted to buy the truck from Asheville Dodge we would have done so.
Hendersonville is more convenient to the both of us due to our work location.
If you really want a Dodge and wish to have it serviced at Egolf Motors, give
them a good survey or you may find yourself on the "black ball" list.
Remember to give Mr. Egolf a good survey no matter what!!!

Was looking at a used vehicle that they had advertised on the local paper, and
when we got there they priced the car to us several thousand dollars higher
than advertised. Egolf Motors was supposed to be a 5-star dealership, but they
sure didn't act like it. When my husband got there, a separate sales associate
priced him the car several thousand dollars less than me! Needless to say we
went to Asheville Dodge and bought a used Ram and were treated with respect.
