I bought my truck from a man named Fred the internet sales manager. His up front price was fair, these guys are great to deal with and after having tried to get a price from lake Norman dodge over the net which they won't give and they act like they could care less if you buy a truck from them I decided to go with a much more friendly and fairly priced dealer. As far as service on the truck they are 1/3 less than Lake Norman Dodge, I guess they have to make money to pay for that new dealership!

When I went to buy the truck the salesman was friendly and knowledgeable, however he did play the waiting game trying to wear me down. As we all know, dealers get hold back off of car loans, I knew my credit was strong and the best interest rate offered was lowered the longer I waited. I don't like to have my time wasted. I've had a couple of issues with the truck, for example, shortly after buying the truck I upgraded the tires and was told two rims were out of shape. The dealer has been slow to respond regarding a fix. Hopefully this Friday ( 1/2/04 ) the problem will be corrected.
