Sales=Don't Know, Service=Poor, Parts=Poor, bought there=No, scv_there=Yes,
Buy_DaimlerChrysler_again=No,
I brought my 2004 Dodge Ram their for a manufacture warranty issue. I presented
them with all the documentation that the required service was conducted and
the refuse to replace the engine. The engine by Chrysler has been documented
to have problems with oil getting hot and gumming up to the point that oil pressure
drops intermittently and oil isn't allowed to parts of the engine. Griffin Dodge
refuse to honor the manufactures warranty leaving me to deal with $6000 worth
of work 2 weeks before Christmas
I wouldn't recommend using this dealer or service department at all!

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Avoid, scv_there=Yes,
My Husband and I took Our Van, to have it checked to see what the problem was
with our Transmission, the technician put it on the rack to check it out to
tell us that we need a transmission, My husband and I paid $2,7100 dollars for
a transmission to be order this was not with labor charge, Labor charge was
$595.00 dollars. The technician took our old transmission out to put the new
transmission in, it seem to have the same problem, our transmission had, they
order a second transmission and it seem to have the same problem, later we find
out that the transmission problem was caused by the radiator, so they all us
to tell us we need a radiator but we need to pay $500 more dollars, because
the radiator cost $300 dollars, my husband called some one he has known for
year to order auto parts, that all so said that the Griffin Chrysler Dodge order
parts through him, charged my husband $125 dollars for the radiator. My point
is: That our problem was misdiagnosis on our van, or they done this to make
money off of us, and that I need to take this problem farther.
I think that your dealership is cheating their customers, I don't think that
transmission was as much as they charged, and they did not give my husband and
I a core charge back on our transmission.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Excellent,
We bought our 1999 Dodge Ram from there in January of '99 and they went out
of their way to give us the best deal for our money. They have an excellent
selection of vehicles to choose from especially Dodge Rams. The sales team was
not pushy and both the service dept.and the showroom were "Polished to a high
mirror shine" Plus they have their own body shop and they wash your vehicle
after you bought it. They are also a Five Star dealer.
