Service Department did a 75K mile service on my Chrysler. Came back with a $2,000 estimate for numerous jobs(brakes, exhaust, etc.). I took the same vehicle to an independent garage and low and behold they said the vehicle was fine except for a minor exhaust repair (which only cost about $270). Service people there are often too busy and rush you through rather than listen. On another vehicle they did some touch up work that turned out like crap and the paint touch up chipped off in less than 2 weeks.
