I tried to have my radio repaired under warranty and they refused to because I didn't buy my truck there. This was after the service writer told me she knew what the problem was,that she had seen it before. Then when they found out I didn't buy it there, they where not sure what the problem was and they would need the truck for a few days so they could road test and evaluate it. I told them to stuff it and left.
