AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! These guys don't give a crap about 'after the sale' customer
service. I was told numerous things the evening that I bought the car only to
find out that I was blatantly lied to! Now I didn't buy a Ram, I got a Charger.
The main guy on the floor - anyone who has dealt with them knows who this guy
is - has been nothing but rude, unhelpful and dishonest. If I could turn back
time I would rather WALK than buy ANY car from this dealer.

I love Kinston Dodge. My husband and I have purchased two vehicles from this
dealership (2002 & 2003), and have nothing but nice things to say about
them. We will definitely purchase our next Dodge from them!

I have a 2000 Dodge Durango, it has been an excellent truck. I kept up all required
maintenance. Then as my warranty expires things go wrong. I took the truck to
be serviced, it was a universal joint, wheel bearings, you name it the front
end needed it. I would not complain but when the truck had only 20,000 miles
on it and warranty was still in effect, I complained about front end noise.
I took it in and no technician could find anything wrong with it. But when the
warranty expired they find all that is wrong, sounds a little funny to me. Now
it has a new tick, take it in and wham, I need a timing chain. I don't think
so much would be going wrong with my vehicle if it wasn't for the service dept.
I am convinced that they somehow rigged it to go wrong when warranty expires.
The sales dept was excellent, gave me a great deal, but steer clear of the service
and parts dept.
oh lets not forget the window mechanism, 800.00 for 1 control. they left my
truck out in the open where it rained in it, nothing i could do. after all,
you have to prove everything. and i love how they make an appt for you to bring
it in, turns out they cant get to it for days after and you have to pay them
for a rental car because they cant get your vehicle back when promised. and
give you a piece of sh*t to drive that you pay for....isnt that something
