What a great place to buy a car....they really take care of you during and after
the sale. THey are financial wizards, and the owner takes a personal interest
in every buyer that comes through there. I received a letter from him a few
days after I visited the first time which invited
me to return to the dealership! They excelled at working with me to obtain the
best package from financiers, and that wasn't easy with my credit! The service
and parts department will also go the extra mile to make sure the car stays
in perfect condition. I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

Buy_DaimlerChrysler_again=Yes,
Purchased a Ram 2500 Hemi here in March 2005. Need the truck to tow a large
boat. Knew there were different options that would allow 8800 lbs towing capacity
versus 10800 lbs; asked my sales person which version the truck I was buying
is. She did not know but got two salesmen who came over to confirm for me that
this truck had the 4.10 axle ratio, which yields the highest tow rating. I asked
if they were sure and they said yes. 6 months later I have finally found where
the sticker is located, only to find that they lied to me and I actually have
the 3.73's. Now I have a brand new truck that I have no use for. When I spoke
to the sales manager about the incident he first said that Dodge underrates
the tow capacity and that I would be OK to tow more than the 8800; after I told
him that was an unacceptable solution he offered to sell me another truck. Lies
to me the first time and the remedy is to sell me another vehicle. Service department
is quoting me 3! 500 to switch the gears. In the lobby they proudly post the
tally of how many vehicles they sell each month; clearly they are willing to
lie and say anything to sell more vehicles. Granted I should have figured out
first how to verify the correct axle ratio, but all the same there is no excuse
for lying.
I have found the sales department there to be exceptional; always very prompt
service and very nice. Would recommend to anybody, except for the fact that
I no longer want to spend money at that dealership.
Love the truck itself--my first Dodge, and first "monster" vehicle.
I am now a true believer!

I bought the truck first and the minivan about a year later. I got screwed on
the truck with high interest rates, add on fees, and other bs.
When we bought the van we told them about the poor service, After much talk
they "found" a decent interest rate. but still had add ons. I should
have walked but we needed the van in a hurry. One problem I found out about
just this month was that when I let them get the tag for the truck they only
got tags for 6000 lbs! the truck with just a cap, driver and fuel is 7000 lbs.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Don't Know,
Tried several dealerships using Internet! Being a Women I have heard horror
stories of Car salesmen taking advantage of women. Lake Norman Chrysler Dodge
Jeep was the only one who responded back to me within one day and I got an email
back within 2 hrs. All the others wanted us to come in test drive, while Lake
Norman Chrysler gave us a fair price, payments, and bottom line out the door
price before I ever came in. I highly recommend their Internet Sales Department
to anyone looking for a New or Used Vehicle. The most fun I had buying a Car!
The Internet Director a Mr. Michael Capron was the most professional, and courteous
and Knowledgeable manager I have ever dealt with. When I came in to see the
300M I wanted he made sure I was happy with everything and even sat down with
my Husband to show him the selling price and Invoice to ensure him I got a fair
deal.

Sales=Poor, Service=Don't Know,
Went to buy a dodge grand caravan yesterday, 10/26/02 and ended up walking away
after three hours of nothing but bullcrap. Salesman was very knowledgeable about
the van, but when we sat down to talk money, he became a blithering idiot. We
never did get him to tell us how much we were paying for the van or the interest
rate they were using to finance the vehicle. It appeared to me that they wanted
to sell me the van for about 1500.00 over invoice while offering us 500.00 for
our trade which was a 95 mercury tracer. This salesman spent more time in the
little booth "talking to his manager" than talking to us. It appeared to me
that they had no idea what msrp stood for. If I want to pay sticker for a new
car, then I will go to a place that already has the sticker well below msrp.
We wont be going back and would not recommend this dealership to anyone that
is serious about buying a new vehicle. Internet offered the grand caravan loaded,
including leather, for about 26,000 but these people thought that I should buy
the identical van from them for 29,500. Thanks, but no thanks.

Sales=Poor, Service=Don't Know,
Refused to quote OTD price. Continued to run down other dealers quotes telling
me that they were lying to me or that there were going to add hidden charges.
Ended up that they had the highest Tax, tag, title and dock charges of anyone
with a 100 mile radius of Charlotte.
