DO NOT GO! To start out me and my husband just moved from Italy (both in military)
we were looking for a family car as I was 6 month pregnant. Sold me a Jeep Liberty.
NEVER told me that it was in a wreck. found this out today. I will be taking
them to court. The problems began as soon as we got the car. They sold us the
car without having the title so obviously couldn't get plates or registration.
I was stationed 2 1/2 hours away so couldn't go up bugging them everyday so
I had to call. After 3 months finally got stupid plates. After so much crap
because in order to drive on base you have to have it registered which cant
be done with no title. they are sneaky there!! Do no trust them.
Please save yourself some stress. don't go here. I had to deal with the biggest
headache that still haunts me to this day! I wish I would have paid more for
a new one elsewhere.

After buying Ram 1500 I noticed an imperfection in the front bumper. The dealership
replaced it instead of repairing it. They went the extra mile to correct the
problem. Salesman was super, service was great. and the parts dept. has assisted
me in adding several options to make my Hemi Ram one of the nicest on the road.

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Avoid, bought there=No, scv_there=Yes,
Brought my car their several times between the body shop (for a recall where
welding had to be done not from a wreck) to the regular service department (for
a standard alignment, checking out a noise, checking exhaust leak, etc...) and
each time they took longer than they stated it would, played the blame game
(body shop blamed the service shop, service shop blamed me, etc. etc.). It seems
for simple stuff they can get right, as soon as something get's difficult, the
wheels fall off the bus. Service Manager or General Manager don't care at all.
Stay away from Metrolina Dodge, for that matter, stay away from Dodge. I have
always tried to buy American but I am getting tired of dealing with these jokers.

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Poor, bought there=No,
I called Metrolina Dodge several times to speak to a service rep. about making
an appointment for a safety recall. When I called I got recordings telling me
how wonderful they are as a "five-star" dealership. I was unable to actually
speak to a person until the third phone call. I did make a service appointment
finally for today. I brought in the van this morning for service. Upon arrival
the service writer, Mr. Cannon I believe, walked around the vehicle with a "scratch
and dent" form. He place "S" on nearly every area of the form indicating there
were scratches on the van. It was very obvious he was trying to avoid any liability
for any damage that may occur while the van was on their lot. There are almost
zero scratches of any kind on this van. I refused to sign the form and asked
him to show the the scratches. The first one was a dead bug on the hood! I wiped
it off and he then agreed to remove one of the many "S's" on the form. I asked
to speak to the service manager, was told he was in a meeting. I asked to speak
to the General Manager and was told he too was in a meeting. I was also informed
that they would not service the van including the safety recall until I signed
the bogus form. Since I needed to take my wife to the doctor for her chemo treatment,
I was forced to sign the fictitious damage report. It appears to me the general
manager and all the employees at this dealership need some serious training
in customer appreciation and respect. My present Chrysler product may be my
last if this is the level of "customer service" Dodge/Chrysler now provides
their present customers.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Excellent,
I have wanted to contact your dealership for some time, to let you know what
a wonderful experience it has been dealing with everyone I have come in contact
with at your organization. From the very first time I came to Metrolina Dodge,
I have been treated with utmost respect, with everyone making me feel that the
"Good" feeling about doing business didn't end before the ink had time to dry.
I have had nothing but the best to say about you employees, and understand why
you "earned" the five star rating! I have been driving for 41 years, and have
had to deal with many different dealerships here and in Florida, But you guys,
well what can I say, are above everyone else!
You have the right people in the right positions! I especially want to mention
a employee named Hayden in your express Lube department- always explains anything
I ask-it's rare in these times to find a person with such a positive company
attitude! Well I guess I've dealt with him more than the other persons there-(I
now bring my other Chrysler car there too) but everyone seems to have the same
helpful attitude! Unless something changes, I will continue purchasing from
and recommending Metrolina Dodge for the rest of my Driving years.

Sales=Avoid, Service=Poor,
Only stop there to look at the cars. Don't ever try to deal with them. When
I purchased my car there, I spoke with a salesperson on a Thursday night. I
was told that with my trade in I could purchase the car for the price he gave
me. I got that price and his name, in writing, and agreed that I would come
in the next morning b/c I had to go to the bank first. When I arrived the next
morning, they took me into a room where I sat for an hour waiting for the finance
person. I hadn't really said that I was going to purchase it for sure. After
an hour, they took me in and the guy told me the price I would have to pay.
It was almost $8,000 more than what the salesperson had told me. I showed him
the paper I was given and he said that there was no way they could sell the
car for that price. I immediately got up to walk out and find the salesperson
I had spoken with to find out that they were already taking the tags off of
my car! I hadn't made a deal yet! After speaking with the salesperson and the
finance person, we worked out a deal. After spending 4 hours waiting and arguing,
I finally had my car.
The experience doesn't end here. I specifically said that I wanted my plates
transferred for two reasons. One, because I have personalized license plates
and two because I would have to pay double the taxes. About a month after I
had my car, I received license plates in the mail. I immediately called the
dealership and asked them why? They said that they saw my tags were going to
be renewed in a month and they went ahead and got me new ones! I immediately
blew up. I drove down to the dealership and demanded to see the manager. I told
him that I had specifically told them not to get me new plates and if they do
something like that again without my consent, I would sue them. A couple of
months later, I received my car tax bill, for the plates Metrolina had issued
me! I had to call the tax office and then call Metrolina. I had to go to the
dealership and get proof that those tags were not assigned to my car and then
take them down along with my drivers license, my current registration, and a
letter from Metrolina explaining the situation down to the tax office. All of
that caused me to miss many hours at work because someone didn't listen and
decided to do something without my permission.
Even more problems have extended from there in the service department, but I
am tired of typing.

Sales=Avoid, Service=Don't Know,
NEVER, NEVER, NEVER even walk in the doors of this place!!!!!! They continually
lowball you on a payment to try and get your business. When it's time to deal
they can't make anything happen. I sat down with 2 salesmen and a sales manager
and worked out a price and agreed to the payments. When I got into the finance
office, everything had changed and they expected me to just sign. When I didn't
the finance guy got upset and so did I as I bolted out the door. The next day
this guy calls me at work with another deal, slightly higher than the previous
deal, but I agreed to it anyway. Then an hour later he calls me back again wanting
to change this deal too. These people are nuts and everyone I have talked to
has the same experience. I would buy a Daweoo before I would buy a dodge from
these clowns!!!!
