Was experiencing problems with my brakes. Jeep Cherokee still under warranty. Would not be willing/able to look at my vehicle for at least 2 weeks (only there for 1 week!), meanwhile while waiting to talk to the 'service' dept, the gentleman was on the phone telling someone else that he's pretty much free all week, just bring their vehicle in any time. (I guess THAT person must have bought their vehicle new there!). Luckily the problem worked itself out, but IMHO, if you are in dire need and need service while at the outer banks, if at all possible , drive the extra hour to Elizabeth City or farther, these guys were downright rude, ignorant, and treated customers like dirt.
This is the only Jeep dealer I have dealt with that was this poor, my dealer at home, or any other that I know of will go the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy.

This Dealership does NOT reflect the old southern hospitality you would expect from an Outer Banks Business. They are selective to whom they will provide service and display prejudice. You as the customer are truly at their will. Their work is mediocre and slow at that. Customer service is definitely something they have NEVER heard of. If you have the choice go to another shop or if possible wait until you can return to your local area to get service.
Anyone looking to purchase from this dealership should really think twice. You're better served by driving to a larger city dealership, its worth the effort. Watch the 'you have no choice' but to pay for the rental vehicle at extremely high rates. $85 TO $129.
