I have bought two Dakota pickups from this dealer and each experience has been a pleasure. My dealer has been informative and well versed in his knowledge of the vehicle. The service department was easy to work with on two recalls on this vehicle, neither of which affected performance.
I have had my latest truck serviced there a couple times although i generally have it serviced locally due to my distance from the dealership. Smith and his employees are always a joy to work with and my next Dodge purchase will be from them.

Very knowledgeable sale department, no sales pressure. I waited for a man to trade in a truck I was wanting to look at to buy. When his new truck arrived, they called me and told me it was there. I drove over there, never had been there, arrived at 6pm on a Friday evening, the salesman showed me the truck, asked me if I was interested, I said yes. He had me sign several papers, gave me the keys, told me to take it to the service station, fill it up with fuel on their account, and take it home for the weekend and see how I liked it. Told me to bring it back on Tuesday and let him know if I wanted it or not. Never had a dealership or any dealer treat me that way, not knowing or ever seeing me. Gave me an excellent deal. Very knowledgeable service department. They have one building just for service/repairs on trucks, 5 trained and certified diesel mechanics. Its 1 1/2 hours to the dealership from my home to dealership, when I need my truck serviced or repaired, I s! et an appointment, the service director will bring me a loaner truck to my home for me to use in my lawn care business to pull my landscape trailer while my truck is being serviced at no charge. When work on my truck is completed, he will bring it to me on his way home in the evening. They do this not only for me, but to many other customers as well. They go out of their way to make their customers happy from buying the vehicle to keeping it serviced and repaired. Would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to purchase a new or used vehicle.
