it took six trips to fix the problem and charged me 510.00, this happened 30 days after buying durango but didn't fix the problem. all the same thing but this they charged me for 510.00 .this will keep me from buying a dodge ever again. watch out ray

Went in to buy a part. The parts guy, after trying to see me over the 18 inch piles of paper on the counter, asked me what I needed. I told him and without even thinking about it he told me he didn't have it. What? I didn't even get the chance to describe it.
