I went to Tim Marburger Dodge to look at the used cars to check prices. I was
with my mom and I looked at several different cars but all of the salesmen were
standing there talking to each other and no one ever came to help me, but a
man and woman drove up together and parked right beside where we were and asked
if they needed help and still ignored us. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN OR
RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!

2001 Dodge Durango - Nov 03 03 -Transmission slipping replaced transducer and
thermostat $750.
Jan 3rd 04- Transmission still slipping- They claim "no codes" offer
$550 tune up. I refuse and replace plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor myself
for $125.
Jan 19- Transmission overheating and still slipping- They claim overdrive fell
apart destroyed entire transmission. They offer to replace for $3800 or rebuild
for $3400.
Jan 21- I am trying to convince service manager that they are responsible for
misdiagnosis and should complete the repair free. He offers to do for $2750.
Chrysler customer service claims no responsibility because of 69,000 miles at
time of first repair.
If Chrysler can not do better than to build a transmission that they will only
warranty for 36,000 miles they obviously know it will fail soon after. To me
$30,000 for a vehicle that won't last 7 to 10 years is criminal and an embarrassment
to America. Last time I buy American vehicle ever!
