Having bought the Neon there, I took it in for problems with water leakage. They kept the car for three days after taking it apart. It was a misaligned door. No problem there, but they give you NO information about the status of your vehicle. I once sat in the waiting room (after telling them I would wait in their waiting room)until the service department closed. Asked where my car was, it had been taken around the side and parked. The service department at this place will be the reason I NEVER buy another vehicle from them. My wife bought a new Focus at Taylor two months later, Anderson was never even considered. Talk about night and day regarding service - they remember you bought from them and are always working to keep your business. Too bad too, I like the Neon.
