These guys are the most trustworthy of any car dealer with which I have ever
dealt. I have purchased several vehicles from this dealer in the past 6 years
and have never felt the slightest bit of pressure. The atmosphere is excellent
and the staff is extremely nice and not a bit pushy.
Being a small town dealership, the owner is always on site and in many cases
is the guy who greets you at the door, hands you the keys to take a test drive
and thanks you for visiting, even when you do not drive off in a new car. I've
only dealt with the service dept. one time (for a recall) and they worked me
in on short notice and completed the repair quickly.

I left my Dodge 2000 Ram 4x2, 33,000 MILES, on the last week of july and just
picked it up today. Same problem with cold starts and stalls, starts are fine
once it warms up. Service dept. started out replacing air manifold air sensor,
no effect on problem, cost $173.00. Took the Ram right back to service dept.
and they installed the #1 fuel injector, but it was in the #2 cylinder when
i picked the truck up today. Problem is still the same cold starts , engine
sputters, rpm's at 700 rpm's. Tim the head service rep. was more interested
in talking to someone on the phone about a new refrigerator for his house.He
never came out of his office. NOW THAT IS SERVICE AND I PURCHASED 2 VEHICLES
THERE SINCE 1999. Another $218.00 for 3 weeks of HELL! OH YEA , THEY PUT IN
A SET OF COPPER PLUGS JUST IN CASE! Does the feeling that hunt and peck was
the service motto. Almost forgot they ran up 94 miles in free test drives during
the last 3 weeks. Anybody know of a real mechanic in mocksville HELP!
This is a good truck up until now, I just need a mechanic.

Ordered a '03 Ram QC from Westside. Super easy to deal with, no hassles at all.
Service dept corrected one minor issue quickly. Salesman George Craven was top
notch. Will be buying from them again.
