Sales=Don't Know, Service=Avoid, I took my 98 RAM in for a computer reprogramming (truck ran OK, but I received a notice in the mail about it). Without asking they replaced the spark plugs (they were 1 week old) claiming that they were bad. Then they took the truck on a long test drive (1/4 tank of gas worth - about 50 miles). Not to mention they ran it down a dirt/mud road (truck was clean when I brought it in). So, I got burned for spark plugs I did not need, had to rewash my truck (inside and out), and, when I argued about the spark plugs and test drive, they were asses about it. I would not let my X-wife buy a car from the Chrysler Center. 05 Feb 2002

Sales=Good, Service=Unknown, Sales staff was pleasant to deal with, seemed to know their products well. Made every effort to ensure that the customer was happy. This dealer offered the best sales experience out of four dealers. They ended up with the sale.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Excellent, I bought my Ram used. I have had some minor things repaired at the dealer. They have always fixed the problem the first time in. Have had only positive experiences with them. I now have 112.000 miles on it and it stills pulls my car trailer like a dream. Corwin is truly a great place to do business with. 01 Apr 2002

V-W Motors - Cooperstown, ND
Posted to the TDR: 5 Star Service, My A**!!! Add V-W Motors to your list of A$$HOLE dealers. After complaining to them for a year and a half about low power issues and poor fuel mileage they said go ahead and put after market injectors in and see if that helps. Well long story short they voided my warranty just to get rid of my truck issues. Moral: NEVER TRUST ANY ONE.
