The Cedric Theel service and parts departments are top of the line. I bought my truck used from another dealer in town and the service and parts departments have treated me like I have been a customer of theirs all my life.
The body shop worked on replacing the latch on my sliding window for close to an hour with no appointment and never charged me a penny. The service department made sure that all the latest up dates to the computer were done with no charge. They always have the truck ready when they say it will be done and are super friendly and always take time to answer questions. Wayne is the mechanic that always works on my truck and is very knowledgeable and trust worthy. The parts department is the same as the service. If they order a part for you they tell you when you can expect it and call when it arrives. I can't say enough about the people who work there. I always read about other dealerships across the country who are total jerks and wish that more people that need work done could meet the people at Cedric Theel
I had a few minor problems when I first bought my truck but thanks to Wayne and everyone a Cedric Theel it is like new
