Sales=Excellent, Service=Excellent, Took my 98.5 24V 4x4 in for poor fuel mileage and a starting problem. The starting problem was intermittent at best. Had the truck for 8 days, provided me with a loaner free of charge. I had bought this truck used. The TPS was replaced last fall. Truck was on and off the scanner as the problem would go away and return. Ended up with a bad ECM, and replaced the lift pump and wiring harness with one bearing the newest update numbers that I provided. THANKS TDR..
The truck runs like a dream, idles smoother and lots of power for my needs. Mileage is up from 16-17.5mpg to 18-19.2mpg thats city-highway combined. Could be a little better, if my shoe was lighter.
Anyway I can't say enough about the level of service and commitment of this dealer ship. Hats off also the the tech Rick Covar, for going the extra mile. Most of the delays in fixing the truck after chasing the problem down. Was with UPS not showing up with the parts on time. Lee Callahan the service writer for the Cummins trucks, kept me appraised on where the truck stood. Easy to talk to and listens well, to what you're, saying. Writes everything down.
