As long as you know what your looking for, or looking out for, Jims Dodge has
proven to be very reliable to me. I've purchased several of our work trucks
there and find that I can do business with them over the phone as easy as it
is to go in the store.

Sales=Fair, Service=Excellent,
Purchased my '99 Diesel there in Nov '98. Rusty and George in the service department
have been really great to work with. One recall (hitch) and several"equipment
failure" visits to them have proved positive. Can't remember anything outstanding
about the sale...salesman wasn't too well read up on the Cummins...glad I'm
a gearhead and figured most stuff out myself.

Sales=Avoid, Service=Don't Know,
Management threatened to cash a deposit to "hold the vehicle" when we decided
not to purchase after sales people told us there is absolutely no obligation.
I would never recommend these people and have told many others about our horrible
experience.

Sales=Avoid, Service=Avoid,
My family has purchased four Rams from there and with each one we have run into
problems with the service we are supplied when recalls are made or warranty
work is needed. If there was another Dodge dealer in my area we would have definitely
gone there.

Sales=Poor, Service=Poor,
I bought a used 2000 Ram, dealer said "Never smoked in" I open the ash tray
and the lighter is burned out and ash marks in the tray. Then he laughs and
says, well it wasn't used for towing, although it is a two package. We walk
back and the hitch has two links bolted on for safety chains and the receiver
is all scratched from use. The truck sold itself, but the guy almost undid it.
Multiple minor problems since then, but they still aren't resolved. If you are
in Omaha, the prices are good, but the service during and after the sale are
not.
