I brought my vehicle in after having run the code for the check engine light
and told them it flashed the code for a heater relay problem. A lady came to
me about 15 minutes later with an obviously tool severed connector to an oxygen
sensor and told me it had been chewed through by a rodent, I could tell by looking
at the part that the wires were cut by a tool, the lady asked me to give her
the part back and I refused, She told me it would cost $180.00 to fix. I did
not want them to touch my car again, I brought my car to a mechanic who looked
and told me it was cut by snippers not a rodent. I only asked for them to check
a heater relay and a self collapsing seat. If this is the type of shady business
they pull, I will never buy from Dodge again and all my acquaintances as well
will be forewarned. I am not surprised to see such a poor rating for there service.
Maybe Dodge should consider new management if they intend to ever keep a customer.

Neal Cole was straightforward and gave me a great deal. He took the time to
explain everything and was very polite. I highly recommend this dealership if
you are in the lincoln, ne area, and it would be worth the drive from omaha.

I brought the truck in to fix the fuel gage as it registered full all the time.
They replaced the whole sending unit column for $600. Come to find out it was
only the little green anti spill ball. In case of a roll over accident this
ball keeps fuel from coming out of the tank. It had fallen into the tank. I
did not pay for the replacement parts.
I brought the truck in to fix the seat belt retractor. They replaced it for
$300 when all they needed to do was reset the controller for free. They claim
they did not know this. If the dealer doesn't know how to fix it then who does?
They would not give me my money back.
Overall the truck is great. I just wish the dealer was honest about working
on them.

I tried to buy a Magnum, and was offered a deal to pay over $50,000 over four
years after donating my present car. I asked for their "best offer"
and this is what I got! I bought from the old Lincoln Dodge, but Performance
Dodge will never see me again!

Since the 1978 model trucks came out my family has always purchased dodge vehicles.
Typically we purchase them at Gene Steffy's in fremont. I know live in lincoln
and bought my most recent vehicle at performance dodge. After having body work
done at the dealership I was pretty comfortable that I would be treated well.
Unfortunately, it has been a bad experience from the beginning. I have taken
my car for service and not had it done when promised on several occasions. Though
it seems every time I am in the shop to look at my car to see what problem it
has there are several people standing around having a coke and joke session.
Though I may buy dodge in the future it definately won't be from performance
dodge of lincoln.

I took my diesel truck in because at about 9500 mi. it started to have a slight
hesitation when you first started it after it sat for several hours and it doesn't
have it any other time and nobody else that has a dodge diesel has that type
of hesitation and they couldn't find the problem so they told me that they didn't
notice it and that they would have to get in touch with the area manager. I
called the shop supervisor two or three times and all he said is that he hasn't
been able to get in touch with the area manager and he would call me back and
I am still waiting for a call.

My sales person was very helpful and liked him very much. After having some
problems with my vehicle, I called and talked with the sales manager - Chris
- he was a complete a$$. He did not have any skills to deal with customers.
I will not purchase anything from that dealership or recommend it to anyone.
