Blair is 160 miles from my house, but they always make it worth the trip with
price and service.
I've shopped around, Woodhouse is hard to beat.

Smoothest sales experience found to date. Service department should be avoided
if at all possible. You cannot take your vehicle in for one issue or maintenance
under warranty and not find something that is billable at OUTRAGEOUS rates.

Sales=Avoid, Service=Don't Know, bought there=No, scv_there=No,
My husband and I were looking to buy a used Town and Country minivan we had
done some research and found it to be one of the better minivans. My husband
was contacted by one of the salesmen at Woodhouse Chrysler, he stated the were
having a end of the month sale and they needed sell a certain amount of the
minivans to get a bonus they were working to get. He persuaded my husband to
come to Blair that he would make us a wonderful offer. We made the hour and
a half drive only to be very disappointed. He first showed us a van that had
a fairly good sized dent in the cargo door and stood in front of it to hide
it then when it was noticed. He showed us another van with a scratch in the
side door and also stood in front of the door to hide the scratch. When we made
him an offer he was very rude and told us that we would never be able to afford
a minivan for the price we were asking it was not unreasonable by any means.
He made the offer to his boss sitting in his office with eight other salesmen
who all joked and laughed at our expense. I will never shop for a vehicle at
Woodhouse due to the rudeness and poor salesmen quality. So, we did get a minivan
from a Ford dealer for the price range we were looking at with extra options
also. Such as all wheel drive, power driver seat, and a lot of other extras.
I was told that chrysler vehicles were good but I will never know if there is
not a decent salesmen to sell their vehicles.

When we decided to look into purchasing a Used Vehicle, my wife and I decided
that we would travel to Woodhouse-Chrysler in Blair, Ne. Upon arriving we were
surprised to find several salesmen more interested in a Yellow H2 Hummer, which
each appeared to be getting rides in than potentially making money on a sale
of a vehicle. My wife and I were on the Used car lot for approximately 15 Minutes
and several trips around the sales building where salesmen stood inside watching
us drive past. Upon complete frustration we drove to the Woodhouse-Ford dealership
where we were treated with excellency. Upon asking if that sales person (Jon)
could show us the vehicles that we were interested in on the Chrysler lot, we
were told that they could not cross sell. We began explaining to the salesman
about our POOR experience we just had. This salesman gladly took our name and
promised that a Manager would call us back. Approximately 30 Minutes later we
received a phone call from a Manager (Mark) who apologized for the actions of
his sales staff. After explaining what type of vehicle we were interested in,
Mark promised us a call the next day from another salesmen, as he would not
be working. Today came and went without a phone call from the dealership and
an explanation point was placed on our experience. This is an experience that
we feel should be shared with others as Woodhouse portrays themselves to be
a superior automotive dealership in the area and the one of the largest in the
Nation (so we were told by one of the staff members). It is hard for two former
hopefuls to believe that this company can convey and portray themselves in this
manner after the sour experience we had.
Please keep our experience in mind should you ever place yourself on a Woodhouse
Automotive Sales lot. Good luck and happy car shopping!

Sales=Excellent, Service=Don't Know, A few months ago, I started looking
for a truck for my mother. Most of the places I checked became very pushy, calling
constantly, trying to force me to buy from them. Several simply ignored the
features I was looking for, and just kept trying to sell us a newer truck. I
found Woodhouse on the Internet (at this site, actually) and we are very glad
we did. The salesman we dealt with (Brett Winchester) was very friendly and
wasn't at all pushy. He didn't pressure us to buy the truck, but actually listened
to what we wanted and found the exact truck. He responded quickly to emails,
answered every question we had, and worked hard to get us the best deal possible.
Their trade-in allowance was fair, and the final price was very reasonable.
We also dealt with a service department guy and the finance manager (don't remember
their names). Both were up-front with everything, offered helpful advice on
financing, warranties, protection packages, etc. I have not had pleasant experiences
purchasing vehicles before, and this was definitely an exception. If either
of us ever buy a different vehicle, we will certainly go back to Woodhouse.
I plan on recommending them from now on! Thanks guys!

Sales=Excellent, Service=Don't Know, I called the dealership, looking
for an exact truck. The dealer (Rick Williams) he called me back in 20 minutes
saying that he found several trucks that I wanted. I drove up the next day and
talked with him. Absolutely no pressure. Woodhouse (Rick Williams) is by far
the best dealer I have ever talked to!! He worked with me when I was stubborn
on the truck I wanted. I went to several dealerships in St Louis and one here
in Omaha (Jim's dodge country). When I asked Jim's about getting the truck I
wanted they gave me a major run around. He worked with me when I was stubborn
on the truck I wanted. They got the truck up there with in one week. They day
I drove home my new ram, I got a email from Jum's saying to call them.. Ha,
if they wanted my business they would have done what wood house did. I definitely
will go to Woodhouse again.

to TDRoundtable: Does honor appointments. They don't always get it right
but they shoot straight and give it a good try. It's 30 miles out of the way
(one way) but well worth the drive. Mark Kitchell

Excellent, Service=Don't Know, I have purchased
10 new Dodge/Chrysler/Jeeps over the years, and this was the first purchase
that was completely stress free. They ordered exactly the truck I wanted and
matched the best deal I could find on the Internet (from a dealer further away).
They picked me up at the airport, the truck was in perfect condition and exactly
as ordered, and the price was exactly what we had agreed upon with no hidden
charges or fees. I highly recommend this dealer and I intend to buy all my new
vehicles there in the future.
