The service tech denied cooking the transmission computer in my truck. The new one was $900.00 un-installed. It worked fine before I brought it to them. I came to them to have a new injection pump installed, and they wanted $3600.00! I took it to Cummins tech, and they quoted me less than half that to get up & running again. I don't think I'll be going to Allen Dodge anymore.

I brought my truck in to have routine maintenance done,and they did an outstanding job. I called earlier in the day and asked if they could do the 35K servicing. They asked what time I would like to show up(same day). So needless to say, I had the work done without really making an appointment. Service was excellent,They even vacuumed out my carpet,etc. The wait was reasonably short as well. They even had .25 cent sodas in the machine and complimentary coffee and cookies,etc. I give them 5 stars for their service department. Not sure about the sales department, since I didn't buy my truck there.
