Regular service maintenance seemed very good when the vehicle was relatively new. After the vehicle started to age and more maintenance was needed, service and communication went down hill. Calls to let me know the status of my repairs didn't come through, though given to them each time - plus I bought the vehicle from them in 2002. My phone #'s haven't changed. Leaks repaired in the past continue to leak. I stopped going to them for regular maintenance. Recently I needed to have a side view mirror replaced and thought I needed to do it through the dealer. The part on line showed the cost being $60. The dealer said the part cost $204, then with labor $285 and they would have to order it on a Monday with installation on Saturday. Calling a local repair person, they will charge me $70 for the part and $35 for labor, ordering the part on Monday and ready to install on Wednesday. Never this dealer again.

False advertising!! They had a Presidents Sale quoted a price of 18,374 on 2005 Dakota c/c 4x4. We called and they confirmed the price stating they had 17 left. We drove down, talked to the salesman, took it for a test drive and then they stated the sales price was $27,000. When we showed him the add he said that wasn't intended for this 2005 Dodge Dakota, you know the one we called and pointed out when we arrived there. Then when we walked out the salesman said he was going to give us a good deal...ha $25,000 instead of the $18,374 they advertised. My advice STAY AWAY and don't get scammed by these losers!

They were great to work with. Went the extra mile set us up in the used car we purchased. I would recommend them.
Love the Cummins.

Had an appointment for a tune-up, requested an estimate first. Also requested a check of the seatbelts. Vehicle went in at 7:30 AM, but they didn't even call with the estimate until 3:00 PM! They wanted nearly $600 for the tune-up and over $300 to fix the retractors on two seatbelts. This would have been good information at about 10:00 AM, when the estimate was requested.
We elected to have service done elsewhere and when we picked up the van, they charged $70 for "diagnostics." They did nothing, yet I had to pay the bogus fee to get it back!
Incompetent management and customer service in words only, not deeds.

Nothing but nice things to say. Bought my truck at Allen Mello Dodge and was so sorry. Found Contemporary Dodge and I'm all smiles again. They certainly go that extra mile to help, even questionable warranty items.
