I was on Vacation and My truck died. It was the fuel pump. AAA towed it to the dealership. They Hooked me up with a rental. Told me It would be 2 days because of needing to order the part. Had the job complete when they said they would. 20$ for the rental and warrantee covered everything else. A smile... a hand shake... and a nice thank you.
