A few FACTS about KCDJ, they have 5, count 'em 5, ASE MASTER TECHS on staff, as well as 5 GOLD CERTIFIED techs. Their top techs have over 75 years combined service at KCDJ. In June or July, one of their top salesmen, George Davenport, was moved to the Service Dept. Has he ever cleaned house!!! He got rid of some dead wood, and is in the process of turning the place around!!! Stop in....you will be pleasantly surprised!!!!

Sales=Excellent, Service=Avoid, Parts=Don't Know, bought there=No, scv_there=Yes, Buy_DaimlerChrysler_again=Yes,
I recently purchased my second Cummins truck. The first was from Foster Motors in Middlebury, Vermont. The second from Keene Chrysler Plymouth in Keene, NH. At the time, the ?04 Common rail Cummins did not pass Vermont emissions, so I had to get it in NH. Incidentally Foster Motors is fantastic. The service is incredibly good!
A year ago my clutch in my 97 Dodge needed replacement and I was stranded in Keene, NH. The service dept at Keene Chrysler took me right in and within days the issue was fixed, so I figured next time I needed a truck maybe I would throw a little business their way. Am I sorry.
I had made a deal with the sales department, settled on a price and method of payment, when the truck came in, the deal changed. The sales guy changed his tune. Because the trucks were in such short supply this was their opportunity to attempt to argue the final figure and not to accept my check, I had to pay cash, I mean greenbacks for the truck. After arguing with the sales manager I eventually got them to accept a check instead of unmarked $20 bills.
The truck took a long time to get. I ordered it in October it was not until January when it showed up. I do no blame anyone for that. (Well maybe Jose`) However, the sales team wanted to dock my trade-in because it took so long to get the truck. I argued a deal was a deal. ? Eventually I won.
Then because I need to replace the stock bed with a platform bed, they were going to void the warranty because of removing the stock bed. I have to get Dodge directly on the line to resolve this issue.
After all these hassles I wanted to walk away, but I really wanted the truck and they knew the trucks were in short supply.
This whole experience killed me. I will never buy a vehicle from this shysters again. I only wish the commission could have gone to the service dept. After all, they are why I went to the dealership in the first place.
These guys give used car salesmen a bad name.
Service = Good    Sales = Horrible, never again!!!

I agree with the previous person (below). The internet is a collecting ground for chicken s**t fags who don't have the sense God gave a goat. Maintain the damn vehicle, and when you shop for a rig, don't bust the salesman's balls!! Be honest, say what you want the first damn time, and you might get it. They say salesmen are liars, well, buyers are liars too!! Keene Chrysler RULES!!! If you are buried in your trade, it's because you bought a payment, not a car!! So buy that piece of s**t someplace else, then go to KCP to get bailed out. All the salesmen there are good except that BS artist Brian Lehane> avoid this retard like the plague!!

All of these prior reports are bulls---!! They probably didn't maintain their vehicle right, or were buried in their trade-in that they bought someplace else. By the way, did they tell anyone there, or do they just hide behind a keyboard like some yellow coward??

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Poor,
Brought my 96 Town & Country w/ 90,000 miles in for an Air Conditioner recharge. Service department told me I needed an $800 repair job. A friend advised me to try recharging the system myself with a kit from Wal-Mart. Spent about $25.00 and 15 minutes - the AC system has been fine now for 6 months. Why couldn't the Dealership done this???
Brought the same car in because I was smelling gas in the passenger compartment. Service Department did a recall repair on the fuel rails - still smelled gas. Service Department did a 2nd recall repair and told me my tank might be leaking - quoted approx $150 for repairs. Authorized the Tank repairs so the Service Department pulled the gas tank and said it had rotted out and couldn't be repaired - ROTTED OUT!!! Called Chrysler to ask for consideration on repairs for a rotted out gas tank on a $30,000, 6 year old vehicle and they advised me I should trade the car in because it was so old!!! Service Department replaced the gas tank for $700 - still smelled gas. Service Department finally found a defective fill-pipe gasket and replaced it at no charge. Only gas I smell now is from my overworked digestive system from dealing with all this crap.

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Poor,
Do NOT bring a Cummins there for service. 1st time... They broke more than they fixed (fuel lines), 2nd time could not start after changing fuel filter (did not prime).. that is the LAST time my truck goes there! Plus they lied to me on 2 different phone calls. Note: Springfield VT is much better.

Dealership Rating:
Good sales department, good service
Fair sales, fair service
Conflicting or not enough information
Poor Service or Poor Sales Department
Avoid like the plague!!
Don't Know / No Experience
