Purchased a dodge durango (used) and traded in a ford explorer. took 6 hrs to
complete the deal and prep the vehicle for our taking. had personal item attached
to vehicle (hood ornament) that I personally hate but my wife loves as it was
a gift from her brother. they advised they would have it delivered to my place
of employment that wednesday (4 days from sale). three weeks later FINALLY received
hood ornament. during this time received the COMPLETE run around and, through
talking with friends, came to know that this experience is par for the course.
We would NEVER shop there again.... not even for windshield washing fluid...

Worst (Dodge) service department I have ever encountered!

Sales=Good, Service=Avoid,
The salesman will tell you anything you want to hear but exaggerate when they
tell you they will have your car ready. Told me that by the time I was done
signing papers the truck would be ready to go off the lot. Two days later I
finally drove it off the lot. They told me to come that morning at 8 am and
get it and I finally drove off the lot at 4 pm with it since the service department
took there sweet time getting it ready. They did have to do some work on the
brakes and the salesman told me that they were done but when I wanted it the
mechanic said that he had not done them yet. After 2 days of waiting they told
me for my troubles they would do my first oil change....( what a joke since
I lost 8 hrs of work for nothing). Final advise if you buy there don't sign
till you see the vehicle ready to go otherwise they will drag you along and
make excuses. This is also not the first time I have had problems with the service
department. They claim to be a 5 s! tar service but I think Chrysler should
send surveys every year and then I guarantee they wouldn't be.
