I had no problems. I bought my Ram 3500 December and just had my first service. All went well. No complaints here.

Took the vehicle in for a engine heater & cord told I had the heater but the cord was on back order, Cord's in they install it and charge me for a heater & cord. Mechanic said no he installed heater. Later contract guy says it's all a big a big misunderstanding and refunded the heater.
Took the truck in for a 3500 mile service and asked them what they were going to do to it? We're going to change the oil & filter.... NO YOU'RE NOT! Does that look like a CLE vehicle? I said We just do what the customer wants. And I just want to be able to trust my dealer.
