As a repeat customer with 5 drivers in the immediate family, one may think that
a dealer would treat you a little special. Wrong, you are as dumb as a hammer
if you fall for the bull put forth by the sales manager. Try being told, and
I quote, "I don't care if you buy it or not, I'll have it sold in two weeks
anyway. THANKS!!!
You made a ford family out of us!!!
If you buy a vehicle through Rockingham, please give me a call. I have a beautiful

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Avoid,
I had two broken valve springs @ 17000 miles on my 99 Ram 2500, 360 V8. Brought
the truck to Rockingham Dodge because it was a local dealer.WHAT A MISTAKE.
First they couldn't even look at the truck because they were "too busy". Next
day they misdiagnosed the problem as an intake manifold plenum gasket problem,(which
was repaired a month earlier by the selling dealer) even though I insisted the
symptoms were not even close to the plenum gasket problem. I was told they couldn't
even look at it for a few days. When I informed the service manager that I wanted
to take it to the selling dealership, I was told to "have the vehicle off my
lot by 5:00 PM or be charged storage fees". Not bad for $ 30,000.00 huh?? The
staff at Rockingham was totally unprofessional, and obviously not very knowledgeable
in diagnosing mechanical problems. Avoid this dealership at all costs !!!!!
Incidentally, the selling dealership offered to tow the truck to the dealership
if I couldn't reach ! If the dealership says Dodge, check for the 5 star rating.
Rockingham Dodge doesn't have it and probably never will..I got the feeling
that because I didn't buy my vehicle there, they didn't want the repair work.

Another
report of incompetence (could not repair a problem in three attempts, problem
repaired in 30 minutes at another shop), body damaged by service dept (while
customer watched) and the service dept denied causing the damage. They don't
stock simple parts like oil and fuel filters. Stay away at all costs.
Tale
of trouble getting service dept to fix the truck as scheduled. Repeatedly
said it would be ready at 5:00, finally admitted they don't even have the parts,
etc. Has occurred several times. No ratings offered.
