I've always heard horror stories about this dealership and not once over the 4 years I've had my vehicle did I have a problem except recently when I called and spoke with the service mgr over a potential problem, he was rude, sexually offensive, and cut me off mid sentence before I could finish. My job might not be a mechanic, but that doesn't mean I don't know anything about vehicles!!

There had a problem finding the problem. Which cost me an other $400.00 I wasn't please about

Service Mgr. is very rude , harsh and sexually offensive. Don't bother the service advisor named Jodi with questions like when will my truck be ready , she doesn't have time for those petty questions (she has a major attitude !!!)also don't expect a call when the truck is ready. Stay away from this service dept. !!!
