Everyone smokes inside the building.   ...dealership satisfaction card required ME to affix a stamp. When I called and politely suggested that the cards should already have a stamp (and that my Acura and Honda dealers always CALL me), he laughed at me!   It's no wonder that their business is poor.  Now I'm one less customer.

This dealerships service dept. seems to be one of the better ones to deal with. I have had several warranty work done without problems. Only minor complaint would be their parts dept. They seem to be small so,parts have to be ordered. Takes them about a week or so.

Purchased used vehicle. Was quoted $5995.00 by salesman. After purchasing, found vehicle was listed in one of their ads for only $3495.00. Still trying to get a rebate and may upgrade rating dependent upon their response.

I went back in several times, shoppinf for a Dakota. When I said I was just looking , there was no pressure, no dirty looks, and when I went back the third time and talked to a salesperson it was all low key, they got me into a truck at what I felt was a good price.

Recently had transmission replaced under extended warranty. Service manager and all personel could not have been any more courteous or professional. A part was back ordered so I needed a loner for the wait time. Having a family, I was provided with a beautiful mini van since I was considering one. Everyone went above and beyond the call of duty to please me in a no hassle way. Although this dealership is quite a distance for me, and there are many in close proximity to me, I would not hesitate to purchase again and again from them. If there was a one to ten rating with 10 being the best, Art Linse Dodge would receive an 11!!! Thank You All!
